Practice Officially Starts Wednesday, October 24, 2018, and will take place on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. for advanced and beginners age 6 through 8th grade.
Due to the overwhelming response, registration will be capped this year to a set number of wrestlers. We encourage you to register as early as possible.
HOW TO JOIN SMASH
STEP 1 – USA WRESTLING CARD
Your wrestler will need to have an active USA Wrestling Card. Watch the video below on how to get and new or renew your expired USA Wrestling Card.
STEP 2 – COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please complete the online registration form. You must have your valid USA Wrestling Card and a copy of Birth certificate saved on your phone or computer before beginning this process. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS FORM.
STEP 3 – HAVE THE PROPER GEAR
Please be sure that your wrestler has proper wrestling wear: wrestling shoes, headgear, shorts, and a t-shirt. If it’s your wrestlers first-time trying out the program it is okay to bring them without wrestling shoes or headgear, however, should they decide to join our program it’s mandatory that they bring the required wear for their following practice. We also suggest that you bring your wrestler something to drink during practice.
STEP 4 – COME TO PRACTICE
Our wrestling room is located at Ayala High School right alongside the football stadium. When you park in front of the high school you’ll see the football stadium to the right of the school. There is a small fire-lane between the football stadium and the tennis courts our wrestling room is at the end of this fire-lane. Below is a map to give you a visual of where our room is located.
